Treasure trove of 45 vacuum-sealed marijuana bags seized during traffic stop
KINGFISHER COUNTY, Okla. – A recent traffic stop that occurred near Hennessy, led to deputies seizing 45 vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana.
Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office reported on their Facebook page that on April 8th Lieutenant Todd Davis and Deputy Brad Logan conducted a traffic stop on Highway 51. Shortly after, Sergeant Mike Shults, along with K9 Stryker, responded to the scene.
K9 Stryker’s free air search led to the alert of a presence of drugs. Officers found the 45 vacuum-sealed bags in the trunk of the vehicle.
The driver was reportedly from Texas. The Texan failed to explain why there was marijuana in the vehicle.
According to the Facebook report, more than one suspect was arrested and charged with trafficking.
