Del City man wanted for assaulting beauty supply store manager
DEL CITY, Okla. – The public is urged to be on the lookout for a man that Del City police say allegedly assaulted a local beauty supply store manager.
Security footage reveals the suspect attempting to take an entire case of jewelry.
The store manager is seen grabbing the merchandise, attempting to get it out of the criminal's hands.
The suspect threw the merchandise at the manager, injuring her.
Before the assault, the victim recognized the man and asked him to leave.
The beauty supply store near Southeast 44th and Bryant Avenue has allegedly encountered the suspect during previous encounters.
A picture of the suspect is placed at the front of the store, serving as a reminder of his past criminal behavior.
In an interview with News 9, the victim's husband stated that the suspect has stolen from them multiple times and engages in violent behavior.
The victim's injuries caused what her husband described as "profuse bleeding."
The suspect's name is reportedly known by the victim and her husband but police have not released details.
